Same-layout updates
Cabinets, counters, sink, faucet, lighting, and finishes without moving the plumbing walls.
1800 Construction Inc. remodels kitchens, from a same-layout update to a plan that moves walls and plumbing. License CSLB #1113641, Class B, General Building.
Most kitchen money is in cabinets, counters, electrical, and whether the sink and the stove stay where they are. A new backsplash in the old layout is a different project from opening the kitchen to the dining room. We price those as different scopes.
We schedule this work in Los Angeles, Burbank, and Glendale, and in the San Gabriel Valley: Glendora, Covina, West Covina, San Dimas, and Azusa. The same crew also covers nearby communities on those routes, including La Verne, Claremont, Walnut, Baldwin Park, Irwindale, and Pomona. There is no second storefront. The office is 3435 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 1400, Los Angeles, CA 90010, and the inspection happens at the house.
Cabinets, counters, sink, faucet, lighting, and finishes without moving the plumbing walls.
A new island, a moved sink, or a wall opened to the next room, with the structure checked before it comes out.
Circuits for the appliances you are actually buying, plus task light at the counters.
Floor that meets the adjacent rooms, and a backsplash detailed to the counter edge.
This kitchen is during cabinet and counter install, before the final clean. No city is named, because the photo was not labeled with one. A public Burbank permit record lists 1800 Construction Inc. on a residential kitchen. That address stays private, and this photo is not that permit.

Often about $25,000–$60,000 when the layout stays and the cabinets are a straightforward line.
Often about $60,000–$130,000 for new cabinets, counters, lighting, and finishes in the same footprint.
Often $130,000 and up, especially with custom cabinets or a structural beam.
Planning ranges for 2026, not a bid from 1800 Construction. Appliance brands you supply are not marked up into a fake allowance. If we buy them, they are a line you can see.
Bathrooms in the same house are scoped on the bathroom remodeling page. A kitchen plus several other rooms belongs on whole-house remodeling.
For 2026 planning in this area: a surface update that keeps the layout is often about $25,000 to $60,000, a full remodel in the same layout is often about $60,000 to $130,000, and a job that moves walls or plumbing, or uses a high finish level, is often $130,000 and up. Cabinets, counters, and electrical are the lines that move the total. This is not a package. The written estimate is the price.
Construction is often about 6 to 12 weeks after cabinets and counters are on order and the layout is locked. Choosing those materials, and permit review if walls or plumbing move, sits in front of that. A cosmetic update with stock cabinets is shorter. The schedule in your estimate is the one that counts.
Replacing cabinets in the same place often does not need a building permit. Moving a sink, adding circuits, removing a wall, or changing a gas line usually does. City of Los Angeles permits go through LADBS. Burbank, Glendale, Glendora, Covina, West Covina, San Dimas, and Azusa each use their own building department. The scope will say which one applies.
Plan on not cooking in that room during demolition and counter installation. We will tell you which stretch has no sink and no stove so you can set up a temporary spot. If you need the kitchen usable on a specific date, say so at the inspection.
A public permit record in Burbank has listed 1800 Construction Inc. as the contractor on a residential kitchen. We do not publish the homeowner's address or photos of that house. The kitchen photo on this page is a cabinet and counter install, taken before the final clean. It is not the Burbank permit house.
